ZRS Series Dry Roots-Screw Vacuum Units
ZRS Series Dry Roots-Screw Vacuum Units are fully oil-free dry vacuum systems composed of SP series screw pumps as backing pumps and RP series Roots pumps as main pumps. Compared to single-stage pumps, they offer customers lower energy consumption, higher pumping efficiency, and superior ultimate vacuum levels. These products are widely applied in industries such as steel, chemical, pharmaceuticals, lithium batteries, coating, vacuum furnaces, and photovoltaics.
